That’s the best part! Our service is available to you at no additional charge. That’s right – nothing, nada, zip, zilch, zero. Even with all of the Disney-style service and D13 Adventures tips, tricks, and extras you’ll receive from your Personal Travel Expert, you won’t pay anything more for your vacation than you would if you booked the reservation yourself. In fact, you will likely pay even less once we apply deals and discounts to your reservation.

To borrow a line from our pal Tigger – “That’s what D13 Adventures do best!” We’ll tell you how to beat the crowds during your visit, tips on how to save a little money, and how to make the most of the weather at the time of year you’ll be visiting. We’ll tell you all about your selected lodging and the options and amenities included at your resort. We’ll include our recommendations on dining, entertainment, nightlife, and transportation. We’ll include a list of lesser-known attractions and events that might be otherwise overlooked. We’ll make suggestions for non-Disney attractions in the area that you might want to visit. We’ll custom-tailor information and suggestions for the individuals traveling with you, whether they be seniors, adults, teens, children, toddlers, or infants. It’s this information that really sets D13 Adventures apart and in which we take a great deal of pride. D13 Adventures collects all personal data from you directly. We never ask that you provide any sensitive or confidential information over the Internet. We want to protect your privacy and the security of your information as much as you do, because we want you as a life-long client! We are a fully licensed travel agency, and are certified members of IATA (International Air Transport Association).

That’s what you’ve got us for! We will closely monitor your reservation from the time it’s made until you depart. If any better deals or discounts applicable to your reservation become available we will automatically rebook the reservation for you at the lower price. We’ll let you know every time this happens so you’ll stay on top of the pricing for your vacation. We’ll probably communicate with you a lot more than most other agencies do, and we try not to pester, but just keep in mind that you’ll be saving money every time you hear from us!

While we can’t think of anything worse than having to cancel a Disney vacation, we do understand that things happen and circumstances change. Your reservation will be made directly with Disney, and all of their change and cancellation policies will apply. Your Personal Travel Expert will review with you any rules and/or penalties regarding reservation changes or cancellations. We will work with you and with Disney to minimize any costs and carefully explain your options in the event of a change or cancellation.

Put your mind at ease – you’re on vacation! We’ll do everything we can to make sure that all the details are taken care of before you leave, but we’re still available should something unexpected occur once you’ve begun your trip. Certainly! We will be happy to transfer your existing reservation to D13 Adventures so we can watch the details for you. We will conduct an extensive review of your existing reservation and make any suggestions we might have to save you money or improve your itinerary. We will treat your existing reservation with the same care that we would any other booking made directly with us.

It’s really pretty easy. Just click on any of the “Contact” button located throughout the D13 Adventures.com website, and complete the form of inquiry.  A travel agent will call or email you to coordinate a meeting or a conversation to begin your adventure. Finally, you can simply pick up the phone and give us a call if you prefer. Whichever method you choose, however, you’ll be assured of finding a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable D13 Adventures staff member on the other end who will put together the best vacation possible at the best possible price.

We guarantee that you will receive a response within 24 hours. It’s important to us that you get the information you need, and we know how hard it is to wait when you’re trying to anticipate and plan your next Disney trip!

There are no automated prices on D13 Adventures. Because the Disney Resorts and cruise line have such varied and extensive offerings, trying to produce a “one-size-fits-all” vacation does little to satisfy most travelers. We prefer a more personalized approach where we get to know you and your traveling preferences. Whether you are an all-out, pack-every-minute-full, Disney commando or someone who prefers to stop and smell the roses occasionally, we will custom-fit a vacation to your exact preferences. Our friendly Personal Travel Experts are never pushy or overbearing. We won’t try to sell you anything you don’t want. We’ll just create the best vacation you’ve ever taken.

Absolutely. We have access to all of the published and well-known discounts such as the Annual Passholder, Disney Club, AAA, and other association discounts. In addition, we are often able to find and apply lesser known, unpublished, and “secret” discounts to save you even more money. We will closely examine all the details of your reservation and automatically apply any discounts for which you are eligible. Remember, our number one priority is to make sure that you get the best possible vacation at the best possible price.

You can if you want to, of course, but it’s not necessary to pay the entire balance up front for most vacations. The reservations created for you will be made in your name directly with Disney, and therefore Disney’s normal reservations rules will apply. Your Personal Travel Expert will review with you all the rules governing your reservation including any deposits required, payment terms, due dates, and final payment requirements.
